Everyone goes through challenging situations in life, and while you may have successfully navigated through other difficulties you've faced, knowing when to seek out extra support is a sign of great maturity and self-awareness. Through compassion, humor, and gentle challenge, my goal as a therapist is to create a supportive environment to help people overcome temporary setbacks, heal old wounds, and change dysfunctional family patterns.
